Are trench coats only for wearing outside?

A Trench coat should be a staple in every girl’s coat closet, but it could also be just as at home in her clothes closet. Did you know you can rock a trench coat as a dress?　That’s right; I said a dress.　Try one of these two hip ways to wear a trench coat as a casual dress.

Take your trench coat and tie the belt at the top part of your waist to cinch it in. Then add a bright pump. You can go with a nude leg or groovy pair of tights – your choice. Add some big jewels and you’ve got a trendy dress.　　　

Wear your trench with a pair of tights and some cool boots.　 It’s a great winter look when you want to update your fashion-forward self. Just remember to always cinch that waistline to give an elongated look. Without the belt the trench would be too boxy.
